Victor has profound experience in handling international arbitration proceedings under the rules of several arbitral institutions such as LCIA, ICC, SCC, Swiss Rules, JAMS, ICAC, UNCITRAL representing clients’ interests in complex commercial and corporate disputes.   • Representing the Russian Federation in a US$1 billion tax dispute arising out of a production sharing agreement
  • Representing a CIS-based client in a dispute from a settlement agreement and buyout of an interest in a business worth approximately $300 million
  • Representing a client in a dispute between a creditor from CIS and a Russian public entity out of an allegedly concluded settlement agreement
  • Advising a number of clients in connection with proceedings in the High Court of England to establish a partnership, determine the value of shares and recover damages from its non-payment
  • Advising a client in connection with an LCIA proceeding to compel a stock buyout
  • Advising clients in connection with public law proceedings in a number of foreign jurisdictions
  • Representing a client in LCIA proceeding to recover unpaid portion of purchase agreement price
