Maxim Bezruchenkov is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. He is a co-author of numerous articles on international arbitration published in Russian and foreign media. Maxim has written several articles as part of the HSE Academic Fund grant programme and is an author of publications on business law and law of procedure. He is actively involved in industry-specific events held by business and professional associations and often speaks at conferences.

Background

Prior to joining RGP, Maxim was an associate with the Litigation & Arbitration practice of one of the largest Russian law firms, where he gained extensive experience in dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration advising clients on complex disputes before Russian arbitration courts, as well as on matters concerning international arbitration and recognition and enforcement of international awards and judgments in Russia and Russian judgments abroad.
