Maxim Bezruchenkov is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. He has extensive experience in Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration including participation in arbitrations under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICACI), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), advising clients under the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Maxim is experienced in advising on a wide range of disputes as well as proceedings to recognize and enforce foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the Russian Federation and Russian judgments abroad. Maxim is a co-author of numerous articles on international arbitration published in Russian and foreign media. Maxim has written several articles as part of the HSE Academic Fund grant programme and is an author of a number of publications on business law and law of procedure. Maxim is actively involved in industry-specific events held by business and professional associations and often speaks at thematic conferences.

Prior to joining RGP, Maxim was an associate with the Litigation & Arbitration practice of one of the largest Russian law firms.
